Website Chatbots
FollowAI builds website chatbots that answer from approved knowledge, qualify requests, take safe actions, and hand complete conversations to the right person.
A website chatbot should do more than display a chat bubble. It should answer a visitor’s real question, understand whether the person needs support or a commercial conversation, collect the missing context, and move the request into the business system. A visitor asking about an integration can receive a useful explanation; a visitor ready to buy can submit a structured brief without repeating it to a salesperson.
FollowAI builds that complete website layer. We connected our own assistant to company knowledge, product guidance, lead capture, CRM storage, and Telegram notification. The same pattern can answer service questions, qualify an enquiry, create a case, or route an uncertain conversation to a person.
The workflow behind a useful chatbot
What the chatbot can handle
| Visitor need | Chatbot behaviour | Business result |
|---|---|---|
| “Which system fits my company?” | Ask a few focused questions and assemble a product brief | A qualified enquiry instead of an anonymous chat |
| “Where is my request?” | Find the record or ask for a safe identifier | Less status chasing for the team |
| “I need a person” | Summarise the conversation and route it with urgency and owner | A clean handoff without repeating the story |
| “Can I book a call?” | Check permitted availability or collect preferred times | Faster movement from interest to meeting |
The system should not improvise a price, promise a policy, or expose private data. We separate public answers, authenticated lookups, write actions, and approval-required actions before launch.
How we build it
First we turn the website’s real content into an approved answer layer: service pages, product descriptions, policies, FAQs, and operating rules. Then we define the intent map. “How does it work?” is informational; “build this for me” is a commercial brief; “my order is wrong” is a support case. Each path has its own fields, tools, and fallback.
The assistant can call a CRM or help-desk API, create a lead, add a note, send a notification, or prepare a reply. Every action is logged. If an integration fails, the user receives a clear next step and the team receives an operational alert rather than a silent error.
What FollowAI can build
FollowAI can design, code, connect, launch, and operate a website chatbot with approved knowledge, product discovery, lead forms, CRM records, Telegram alerts, analytics, escalation rules, and ongoing answer-quality review. We build the system around the result your visitor needs, not around a generic bot template.
When a chatbot is the wrong first step
If the website has no clear offer, no owner for incoming requests, or no reliable source of truth, adding a chatbot only hides the problem. Fix the commercial path and the knowledge source first; then let the assistant make that path easier to use.
