1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of followai.pro (the “Site”), including the free tools, the chat assistant, and Knowledge. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site provides

The Site publishes written material and offers free tools that generate a result from what you submit: a prompt or procedure, a suggested software stack, and a report on a website address. They are provided as a useful starting point rather than professional advice.

3. Paid work is separate

Nothing is purchased through this Site. Design, development, integration, or managed-service work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing, and ownership. Website copy and tool output are not a quote or a commitment to deliver.

4. Limits of AI-generated output

• Output can be wrong. Verify anything you intend to act on.
• It is not professional advice. Output is not legal, financial, tax, security, medical, or employment advice.
• Availability depends on others. Underlying providers may change or experience outages.

5. Using the website audit responsibly

You may only submit a website you own or are authorised to analyse. Do not use the audit to target private or internal systems.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break the law, generate spam or malware, infringe rights, gain unauthorised access, or place automated load beyond normal individual use. We may rate-limit or block abusive requests.

7. Ownership

The Site, its written content, and its software are ours. You retain ownership of material you submit. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use and edit the result generated from your input.

8. Provided as-is

The free tools and Knowledge are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the free Site. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or replace the terms of a signed engagement.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The revised version and date will be posted on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
