1. What we collect

There are no public user accounts and the Site does not collect card details.

• What you send us. Information submitted through a contact form or assistant, typically a name, contact method, and description of a goal.
• Free-tool input. Task descriptions, business problems, and website addresses submitted to produce a result.
• Anonymous usage statistics. Aggregate page views and referrers without an identifier intended to trace them back to you.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service. It does not need a cross-site advertising profile or a marketing cookie banner.

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information or send marketing that you did not request.

• To reply and prepare a proposal when asked.
• To produce the result of a tool you use.
• To understand which pages and systems are useful.

4. Service providers

• OpenAI processes input used by AI-powered tools. Do not paste confidential material into a public tool.
• Vercel hosts the Site and provides infrastructure and cookieless analytics.
• FollowAI Sales OS and notifications store and route enquiries to the team.

5. Website audit

The audit fetches public pages of the address submitted, in the same way a visitor or search engine would. Submit only a site you own or are authorised to check.

6. Retention

Enquiries are kept while there is a live commercial conversation and can be deleted on request. Tool submissions are retained only as needed to return a result and detect abuse.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, request a copy, or ask for deletion by writing to hello@followai.pro.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit and internal workspaces sit behind authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so do not send highly sensitive information through a public form.

9. Children

The Site is a business service and is not intended for children under 13.

If this policy changes, the updated version and its date will appear here.
