WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, and Social Support
FollowAI connects WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and social messages into one service workflow with shared context, routing, approved answers, and human escalation.
Omnichannel support means the customer can start in WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or social messaging without forcing the team to search four disconnected inboxes. The business needs one case history, one identity model, and one set of rules for what the AI may answer or do. FollowAI connects those channels to a shared service workflow and keeps the handoff visible.
We already use Telegram as an operational alert channel for FollowAI lead intake. The same design can carry a support case: the customer message, source channel, urgency, account context, suggested answer, and owner arrive together. The customer keeps using the familiar channel while the business keeps one operating record.
One conversation model across many channels
What the system changes
| Disconnected operation | Connected FollowAI operation |
|---|---|
| A customer repeats the issue in every channel | Identity and conversation context follow the case |
| Agents copy messages into a CRM by hand | New messages update the case and next action automatically |
| A social comment is missed after the campaign ends | Public and private messages enter a monitored queue |
| Telegram is used only for alerts | Telegram can be an intake or notification channel with clear ownership |
| Email and chat have different answers | Approved knowledge and policy rules drive every channel |
The first design decision is not the vendor list. It is the canonical case: what makes two messages belong to the same customer request, how the team sees status, and what happens when the channel does not provide enough identity.
Where the AI fits
The AI can detect intent, translate or summarise, retrieve approved knowledge, draft a response in the right tone, and call a permitted action. A payment dispute, sensitive account change, or angry customer can be marked for human review. The channel adapter should never decide that a risky action is safe just because the language model sounds confident.
Channel limits matter. Business messaging platforms have their own permissions, templates, opt-in rules, and delivery behaviour. FollowAI builds the integration around the approved account configuration and keeps a fallback route such as email or human callback when a message cannot be delivered.
What FollowAI can build
FollowAI can connect WhatsApp, Telegram, email, social messaging, web chat, CRM, help desk, notifications, and knowledge into one customer-service system. We define identity matching, routing, language, response windows, approval rules, escalation, reporting, and maintenance so the business gets an operating channel, not a collection of bots.
