Can I really stop opening my laptop every day?
That is the goal for the operations we take over. We first check which tasks depend on you, then agree who owns each one. You still receive reports and make the strategic or exceptional decisions reserved for you. The service does not promise zero involvement or a fixed income.
What kinds of business can you take over?
The strongest starting point is a live, revenue-generating online business with repeatable work: for example, an online store, subscription product, content business or established service operation. We assess the actual processes and economics before accepting a project. If customers buy your personal expertise, we define which parts can be handed over.
Is the operator a dedicated full-time employee?
Your plan names the person responsible for your project. Working hours, workload, response targets and backup are agreed explicitly. A full-time dedicated operator is a separate staffing scope; it is not implied by a monthly management plan.
Do I keep ownership and access?
Yes. You retain ownership of your business and accounts. We agree the access needed to operate it, spending limits and approval rules. Your handover plan defines the project files, operating instructions and access changes needed if the service ends.
How much does it cost?
We quote the setup and transition separately from monthly management. The monthly scope depends on process complexity, operator workload, coverage and maintenance. AI usage, hosting, subscriptions and additional staffing are itemised before you start. No price is committed until the scope is agreed.
Will FollowAI grow the revenue as well?
Growth work can be added with its own scope and measures. Daily operations and growth are different responsibilities, so we agree which ones you are buying. Revenue, profit and investment returns are not guaranteed.
