FollowAI / project scope

Price the job,not a generic tier

A simple bot may start around $300–$500. A connected agent or operating system is quoted after the job, information, integrations, permissions, interface, and support are clear.

What actually changes the cost of an AI build

The quote follows the work the system must perform and control—not the size of the client.

01

The job

A focused bot is different from an agent that owns a complete business process.

  • One clear outcome
  • Rules and exceptions
  • Human approval points
02

Connected systems

Each CRM, inbox, database, website, or internal tool adds real integration work.

  • APIs and credentials
  • Data mapping
  • Failure handling
03

Information

Company knowledge has to be cleaned, permissioned, updated, and made useful to the agent.

  • Source quality
  • Access boundaries
  • Update process
04

Operation after launch

Monitoring, updates, support, and vendor usage are scoped around the system you choose to run.

  • Monitoring
  • Change requests
  • Usage allowance

Scope FAQ

What is defined before development begins

Can you give me a starting number?

Yes. A simple, focused bot build may begin around $300–$500. A connected agent or business system is quoted after its data, integrations, permissions, interface, and support requirements are clear.

Why is there no fixed package price?

Two bots can look similar from the outside and require completely different work behind the interface. We price the defined job and control boundary instead of forcing every company into the same package.

What happens before I approve a build?

We define the outcome, connected systems, exceptions, approval points, ownership, and ongoing vendor costs. You receive a written scope before development starts.

Is ongoing management required?

No. FollowAI can hand over a documented system or continue operating it with monitoring, knowledge updates, vendor changes, and technical support. Ongoing service is scoped separately.

Will I know the API and platform costs?

Yes. Expected model, hosting, automation, and third-party costs are listed before launch. Those costs change with vendors and usage, so they are not hidden inside a universal package price.
