What is a personal AI assistant?

It is an assistant configured for a defined job, your preferred process, and the information you approve — not a generic chatbot with a new name.

Which services can you connect?

Depending on the task: email, calendar, notes, documents, forms, content tools, and databases — anything that offers a suitable integration path and that you approve.

Do you need my passwords?

No. Access is provided through secure authorization or configured together with you. FollowAI does not ask you to send passwords in a form or a chat.

Which underlying tools do you use?

Depending on the job, the build may sit on coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code, on automation platforms, or on direct API access. You are buying the finished workflow rather than a specific vendor, and the choice is documented in your handover.

Is training included?

Yes. The package includes a short live walkthrough and clear instructions focused on the system we built for you.

What happens after launch?

You receive support with installation, errors, prompts, applications, and adjustments to the agreed workflow.
